The Masons Nicker is used to split (coping) stone. It is designed to be held at right angles to the stone and hit with a hammer, much like the Bricklayers brick bolster, except the Masons Nicker is a thicker design than a brick bolster to be able to cut stronger materials.
Made from high quality carbon steel
Blade is bevelled on both sides to create a cutting blade to be used at right angles
Hexaganol Shaft
Hardened and tempered blade to provide a strong and hard wearing cutting edge
Can be re-sharpened
