Josco Brush Wheel Abrasive 75mm Nylon. Crimped abrasive nylon wheel brushes are ideal for plastics and wood, removing rust and oxide build-up, plus light burrs from steel, stainless steel and aluminium. It gives softer brushing, and is therefore idyllic for prepared painted surfaces prior to repainting. Also great for achieving a rustic effect on soft timbers. The abrasive grit is impregnated within the length of the nylon filament. The nylon filaments then act like flexible files, deburring, cleaning, and edge blending as they wipe. As the nylon wears, new abrasive grits are constantly exposed the job. Usage note: before using a new brush, run the brush against a rough surface for about 10 seconds. This will expose the grit ready for your job.
